General Refund Policy
At Moose Creek Cafe & Bakery LLC, we strive to provide exceptional interior design services. Our refund policy varies depending on the type of service and the stage of project completion.
Consultation Services
For design consultations:
- Full refund available if cancelled 24 hours before appointment
- 50% refund if cancelled within 24 hours of appointment
- No refund for no-shows or same-day cancellations
- Rescheduling is available at no additional cost with 24-hour notice
Design Projects
For full design projects, refunds are calculated based on work completed:
- Before design work begins: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- During concept phase: 75% refund of remaining balance
- During design development: 50% refund of remaining balance
- During implementation: Refund based on work not yet completed
- After project completion: No refund available
Virtual Design Services
For virtual design packages:
- Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of purchase
- Partial refund available before design concepts are delivered
- No refund after final design package is delivered
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us in writing via email or mail
- Include your project details and reason for refund request
- Allow 5-10 business days for review and processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Exceptions
Refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:
- Client-requested changes that significantly alter project scope
- Delays caused by client unavailability or unresponsiveness
- Custom work that cannot be resold or reused
- Services completed to client specifications and satisfaction
