Services Description

Moose Creek Cafe & Bakery LLC provides interior design services including:

• Residential interior design
• Commercial space design
• Design consultations
• Space planning services
• Color consultation
• Virtual design services

All services are subject to availability and our professional standards.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Consultation fees are due at time of service
• Design projects require deposits before work begins
• Final payments are due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees

Intellectual Property

All design concepts, plans, and materials created by Moose Creek Cafe & Bakery LLC remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights for their specific project.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to supplier delays, weather conditions, or client-requested changes.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by service type:

• Consultations: 24-hour notice required
• Design projects: Terms specified in individual contracts
• Deposits may be non-refundable depending on work completed
